Yarmouth Holdings Limited ("YHL") was incorporated in Mauritius as aprivate company limited by shares on December 09, 2016 It is licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius as a Global Business Corporation. The main activity of YHL is investments in infrastructure and real estate indirectly through subsidiaries and special purpose vehicles.
In line with the above, YHL has set up a wholly owned subsidiary company in india named Yarmouth Realty Private Limited to carry on the business of Construction Development projects which would include development of townships, construction of residential/commercial premises, roads or bridges, hotels, resorts, hospitals, educational institutions, recreational facilities, city and regional level infrastructure, townships in india.
